“I won't stay here again.”
+Pet friendly and the room was clean.
−There were lots of men about the parking lot drinking beer out of the back of a truck. As a woman traveling alone, it made me uncomfortable to have to pass them to take my dog out in the night. They were not inapropriate, but I felt like I was walking through their party. There were also several people smoking just outside the rooms that I had to walk past. I felt like I was intruding on their home if that makes sense. I got the sense that this hotel houses alot of traveling construction workers. They also don't have breakfast or coffee in the morning. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. I just did not like the energy of the place. There are other options in this price range that offer a little bit more and are pet friendly. I will not stay here again. But if you are a construction worker looking for a place to stay. This is place is for you.

+The room is of good size. Everything in the room looked clean. All the room has No-Smoking sign on the door, but there is an ash tray on outside the window. There is some smell in the room, but I stopped noticing it after a couple of minutes.

“We just slept in the room. Nothing fancy”
+Location was good. Room was clean and spacious and fresh w a nice coffee center including fridge and microwave. Lobby has a few snacks, meh, no atmosphere, nothing to speak of. Parking right in front of our room and we received a ground floor room as requested.
−Basic lodging for a high price.

“Got way more than I paid for or was expecting! Really nice, great location”
+It is a cheap hotel and I expected...a cheap hotel, but I was really pleasantly surprised. The staff was op-point and efficient. Check in and check out a breeze. The room was completely renovated and while spartan it was super-clean and comfortable and GIGANTIC. Great for work, hanging out. Two desks. Bathroom was new and spotless, lots of new towels, etc., beautifully arranged, and great design. Location was great as well. Not a bad word to say about the place and a lot of good.
