“Charming and comfortable”
+Great location very close to the Metro making travel easy. Comfortable room, bed, air-conditioning, safe in room as well as small refrigerator. Very charming courtyard entrance and security at the main gate so I felt very safe. The staff were very kind, responsive and made every effort to help me in various ways. There are lots of shops on the street outside but my room was very quiet.
−There is an elevator but it doesn't stop at every floor so you do need to use stairs no matter what. There was no visible signage for the guest house on the outside so I couldn't find it and finally gave up and contacted the staff who very kindly came to get me. It turns out that I was right across the street but had no idea. When I ordered a food delivery they also couldn't find it so I stood at the gate to meet them. Despite much help from the staff I continued to have trouble getting the hot water to work consistently.

“Brilliant Bovio”
+Great location, two minutes from Univirsita Metro Station, not too far from cafes and restaurants etc. Basic enough, but perfectly functional. Had a mini fridge and complimentary bottle of water which was great. Luggage storage was great.
−No bathroom facility where the luggage storage is, would have been handy to have.
