“Lovely, friendly vibe in a boutique hotel in Munich.”
+Pretty little hotel in a great location!
−No cream with the coffee set-up in our room. Not a big deal as there is a very nice breakfast/coffee situation from 7-10. I had gone back to the room in the afternoon to regroup and wanted a cup of coffee…the front desk employee was kind enough to get some milk for me!

“Excellent location.”
+Very close to Oktoberfest and very clean.
−The elevator broke one of the days during my stay and the room was really warm.

+Location good. Close to the trams. Large and comfortable room. Day staff very helpful.
−The first night the room was very cold. Staff left the window open and only one radiator worked slightly. The night desk staff wasn't helpful. Claimed there was a thermostat which there wasn't. Next day staff took care of it. Radiators were turned on. The mattress wasn't great.

+Good location for us U bahn station close by and plenty of places to eat and shop close by
−No facilities to make hot drinks in the room and lack of carpet in the room wasn’t to our liking

“Comfortable stay, amazing staff!”
+The staff was amazing! A special thank you to a very special Natalia at the breakfast station. Also, the bartender (the gentleman in the band) was very personable and made our experience quite memorable. Beds were extremely comfortable!
−We appreciated the stay and when back in Munich, we would definitely stay there again. I only wished they had a different water (other than cucumber water) available at the front desk. Maybe orange or lemon…or even plain water would be nice.

“Fantastic location and price-quality relationship”
+Great location, friendly and helpful staff (Spanish lady at the reception was remarkable) and cute room overlooking the Theresuenwiese, on a clear day the Alps can be seen and the beautiful churches of Munich, included major visit locations.
−It is a personal choice not a critic, I prefer softer matresses but the room and everything was perfect, just a little had for my taste.

“Die Krone für das Krone”
+Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und hat diese "Leichtigkeit des Seins". Das überträgt sich auf den Gast. Toll finde ich, dass es 3 verschiedene "Frühstücks-Pakete" gibt. Man braucht nicht das ganze Buffet, wenn man nur einen Kaffee und eine Kleinigkeit möchte.
