+I booked for 5 nights, and only stayed 1 night as the room was simply not good enough. The windows were thin and the noise from the street extremely loud. The mattress and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom vent in the floor brought a terrible septic smell into the room. It literally smelled like a septic field. The hotel offered to move me to another room… but I didn’t think it would solve these three problems, so I moved to another hotel. They did not refund me a single day of my 5 night booking, even though I asked, and were very rude when I brought these issues up. I highly recommend staying away from this place.
