+LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This hotel was so easy to access through Pile Gate. It was so convenient to tour through old town and pop back into our room whenever necessary. Room was large and very clean, breakfast service was wonderful as well.
−I can't say too much about this. One thing that you give up when you have such a prime location is noise but it was manageable in the evenings (you're surrounded by great cafes and restaurants).

“Very nice location, but I wouldn’t stay there again for that price”
+Excellent location except it was very noisy all night long. Very clean and comfortable
−Extremely noisy throughout the night from the main street and breakfast was delivered late the morning we left and we couldn’t reach anyone when we rang the bell upon a rifle

“Great location and comfortable.”
+Nice hospitality and breakfast delivered on time. Location is great in the old city. Room is small, but still recommended. Accomodated an early check in.
−It would have been nice to have a table to work on. There was just a small round table with two chairs that barely accommodated two laptops.

“Great place to stay in Old Town.”
+Comfortable room with a great layout. Easy to find. Shower and tub were great. Staying Inside Old Town is convenient and worth the extra cost, especially during hot summer days.

+Great breakfast brought to the room
−Loud weekend nights hearing people outside. Hotel provides ear plugs for this reason

+Perfect location. On the corner, easy to find. Impeccably clean, perfect use of a studio. Every amenity is available. 4 breakfast options, fresh and delicious. No elevators. Karla is extremely. responsive. Would definitely return to the Bota Palace. The Nespresso machine was the cherry on top!
