+Amazing location, lovely comfortable room with so many added extras that made our stay such a pleasure and the most delicious breakfasts cooked by both Dawn and Gavin. The hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay any better. A true treasure of a B and B.

+Location was phenomenal. Boscastle was a delight. Gorgeous walks, shops, and we loved listening to the sea shanties in The Napoleon. Room was immaculate, and breakfast sensational
−Nothing. However, it was hot, and a fan might have made the room even more comfortable

“A memorable stay, which set the standard against which we shall judge others in future travels.”
+The rooms and bathroom were spotless, comfortable, and with an outstanding view across the valley. The breakfast arrangements were generally flawless, ordering the evening prior worked well and greatly assisted in maintaining the high standards we experiences throughout our stay. The breakfasts were beautifully presented, and Dawn assured me she carved the half grapes in the fruit platter personally! The cooked breakfasts always set us up the the days activities, and were always beautifully presented.
−No suggestions for improvement at all. It all seemed perfect and exceeded our expectations
