“Our stay at Bone Apart Otel was a mixed experience.”
+The hotel has a very good location in the heart of Antalya, with the old town and pedestrian streets within easy walking distance. The location is definitely one of the hotel's strongest points. One thing we were very impressed with was the cleanliness. The hotel was very clean and well maintained in terms of daily housekeeping. Our room was cleaned regularly, and the towels were changed frequently. The staff clearly made an effort to keep the hotel clean, and we really appreciated that. The housekeeping was excellent. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they really made us feel at home. They did not speak much English, but we managed perfectly well using Google Translate and a little Turkish. Their kindness and hospitality definitely raised our overall impression of the hotel. We believe Bone Apart Otel could become a really good place to stay. It has a great location, excellent cleanliness and, most importantly, wonderful people working there.
−Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite old and some of the facilities and furnishings are worn and in need of updating. The bathroom, for example, has very limited space for personal belongings. There are no proper shelves or places to put toiletries such as soap and toothbrushes, and there are hardly any hooks for towels or clothes. The room also lacked some basic facilities. For example, not all of the light fixtures had light bulbs, which made the room darker than it should have been. The kitchen is another area that could definitely be improved. The stove was extremely old, rusty and not in very good condition, and it would be much better to have a cleaner and more modern stove. The refrigerator also did not cool properly, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel feels tired and would benefit from renovation and some basic improvements to the facilities. With some renovation, better maintenance and a few simple improvements to the facilities, the hotel could be transformed into a much more comfortable and attractive place for guests.

+Staff was very helpful. I truly appreciate the hospitality of all the members of this hotel. they made the stay very easy for me and my parents. the location of the place is very central, there is also their own parking place. very warm and kind people, this is the most important. good value for the money.
−Rooms and the facility is a bit old, but it is what it is. comparing to the kindness and the hospitality, hotel being at a good center location, none of these matters.

−Küchenaustattung könnte besser sein alte zerkratzte Pfanne, eklig dreckiger Wasserkocher, vergilbte Vorhänge, Wlan-Internet hat während unseres 6-tägigen Aufenthalts nur 2 Stunden funktioniert. Auf den Sitzmöglichkeiten In der Lobby machen es sich die Familienangehörigen gemütlich. Es wird kein Englisch gesprochen.
