“We made it work, but spent a lot on getting around, loved Amsterdam though.”
+Up for sale and very tired
−Very narrow steep stairs to carry baggage, title Bon bed and breakfast, told when we arrived breakfast not included, informed places to eat nearby and as not ordered before arrival he had no food. Said he had informed me of this, but only information I could find was about location. Breakfast included was reason I booked so why is his establishment call a bed and breakfast. Thankfully there was a kettle in the room.

“Underwhelming room hosted by an unstable man”
+The house is adequate. near the noord stop and in a quiet neighborhood outside the center. They had tea and a kettle.
−I was woken up two separate days at 6 in the morning to the host screaming at the top of his lungs at the wife. Lasted about 15 minutes each time. Figured it wasn't my business so drowned it out with headphones - I made sure not to spend too much time in the house. After my stay, I texted him asking if he had seen a gift for my brother which I potentially forgot in the apartment, he avoided the question and instead took the opportunity to accuse me of being a "drug addict" that left a "pink pill" under a chair I allegedly "destroyed" in the room. No clue what he was saying on any front. An odd man unfit for hosting his home.

+Convenient and comfortable. Host is very friendly. Check-in and out are easy. Near the metro station, just a few minutes to the Amsterdam center

“Avoid this very disturbing place”
−The owner scam me and made me pay 50€ more when I arrived. Then he was always spying on us and told it's his house before being a bnb. What a disturbing person. You should avoid this place.

“Katastrophal Rückerstattung gibt es nur 50% obwohl ich nur eine Nacht drin war statt 4 hab’s nicht ausgehalten alles dre”
+Garnichts alles voller Schimmel, überall Katzenhaare ( ich habe eine Allergie das wurde nicht gesagt das da Katzen sind) ebenso um 1/00 Uhr nachts schreit vor meiner Tür die Besitzerin und die Heizung Ging nicht
−Das sie kalt war und man in der Kälte schlafen musste Heizung kaputt ebenso das die Dame dort mich beleidigt hat weil ich gehen wollte. Kühlschrank war ebenso nicht nutzbar wie das Kühlfach war kaputt. Ebenso die Bettwäsche nicht gewaschen worden

+Calme. Bien équipé (frigo, cafetière, tv, netfix). Grande chambre.
−Un peu difficile à trouver car c'est une maison comme toutes les autres, bien chercher le numéro et voir la plaque indiquant le nom (assez petite). Quartier résidentiel donc à 5-10 min de magasins et du métro, avantage d'être calme et petit désavantage de devoir marcher un peu pour manger ou autre.

+Wir verbrachten drei sehr angenehme Tage in Amsterdam in der Pension bon, bed and breakfast und möchten unseren Aufenthalt ausdrücklich loben. Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir äußerst freundlich kontaktiert und erhielten detaillierte Hinweise zur Anreise vom Flughafen bzw. Bahnhof. Diese Informationen waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns die Orientierung vor Ort erheblich erleichtert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht groß, jedoch sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die ruhige Lage und die liebevolle Führung des Hauses haben maßgeblich zu unserem Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Als wir erwähnten, dass wir das Amsterdam Light Festival besuchen möchten, erhielten wir sofort wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Man merkt, dass den Gastgebern das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum positiv, und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfe

“Buona base per esplorare la città”
+La posizione è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla distante dal centro della città. Il capolinea Noord della metro è a 5-10 minuti a piedi (Non seguite Google-map, le indicazioni che ricevete dalla struttura sono più precise e vi evitano giri inutili) e da li in 10 minuti di metro si arriva alla Central Station e in altri 5 alla zona dei musei. Ho viaggiato solo e senza colazione, letto comodo, stanza piccola ma pulita con macchina del caffè e bollitore. Si è completamente indipendenti ad entrare ed uscire, gli host sono carinissimi e disponibili. Non troppo lontano a piedi potete trovare anche un mulino.
