“Stay away from this property if you care about your money”
+Location
−Nothing else; wrong description of property; continental breakfast is cereals and milk with some yogurt; 1/4” gap between windows letting outside cold air in, no flooring under bathroom sink, no personal to talk to, no open restaurant at 1930 on Sunday as described on booking site; queen bed vs king that was described on website

“Beautiful location, but rooms are nothing special”
+Outdoor space is beautiful!!
−Our room was small, carpet was stained. Also, we had to reschedule a few times, but each time we called to rebook, rooms were more & more expensive even though we downgraded our room.

“Exceeded expectations and the restaurant is also very fun!”
+The decor and theme was great! The complimentary "snack" at breakfast time was plenty of a breakfast for me. Fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, and decent coffee.
−The keypad on the door didn't work properly, but we got it fixed. The screen on the exterior door to the balcony had fallen off. I fixed it, but it would have been nice to have screens on the windows too. It was a little warm, but with the door open it cooled off enough.

“Beautiful room, gorgeous views, helpful staff, great location!”
+The location is second to none. The staff is helpful without being intrusive.
−The sink in our room. No place to put your toiletry bag.

“A waste of time and money to be overcharged and underwhelmed.”
+The location is beautiful.
−We paid in total ahead of time, but the hotel charged us again the day before we checked in. They refused to credit our card. We have to dispute the charge through our company. The room was filthy. We tried to contact the manager or any staff and there was no one on the property! The breakfast offered had been made the day before, it was stale and old. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and this was terrible. This hotel offers nothing more than some new paint on water stained walls and broken chandeliers. Don’t waste your time or money.
