“Good location, but be aware from the hidden charges”
+The location was great, close to the restaurants and mall
−- English speaking staff was very challenging to find - the hotel added extra charges that I wan not aware at the time of booking, such as mandatory hotel insurance and premium package. I asked to remove these charges and they refused and said it’s mandatory. Also, while checking out they have asked me to pay for room service that I have already paid in cash with tip!!. When I informed the reception they called in front of me the staff that delivered the food and she denied receiving any cash payment. I informed the receptionist that this is not acceptable and they can check the cameras and see that I paid cash. Then the staff said don’t worry we will handle it internally
