“Cool spot, good convenient location. Easy life”
+Really easy. Self check in and out, electronic keypads for keys. Nice seating outside with fire pits and the coffee was good. Location was 10 minutes walk from the main strip and easy to access with the car, parking was expensive though.
−Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open when we were there so we can’t review it, and the minibar and snack selection was really expensive so we didn’t touch it.

“Great location for broadway night out (although note it’s near a fire station, so bit noisy at night). Room and faciliti”
+Great location, easy check in
−Only one window and it looked out to a black fence so didn’t really get much light. Also smelt a bit damp due to the air con machine.

“Great location, especially when you want to go out for a nice party”
+Absolutely great location, great yard to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink
−Some rooms are right by the entrance / connected rooms, which means too much noise

“A perfect spot to get to Broadway. Small bar at the property with a dive bar feel. Close to Listening Rooms only 10 mins”
+Location/ 8mins walk to Broadway passing supermarket on the way. Cleanliness- really good one message via what’s app and fresh linen:trash emptied No key system / works really well in a group. Ed had a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and the space was amazing with a balcony.
−Nothing

“Very small rooms, poor service”
+Our side was beautiful The rooms are extremely small.
−The rooms were extremely small. There was no closet we had to ask for extra hangers, cause they only gave us two when we asked for new towels. They never took away our old towels and just told us to leave them there. The sheets were dirty and we asked for them to be replaced. They want to charge us $25. When we asked about bus tours and other tourist info. They did not have an answer. The staff at the coffee stand were very rude.
