“Great room, location,nice coffee perk!! Communication? address that and it'll be great!”
+The room, very nice, large, nicely decorated, the balcony was large with French doors allowing for great light, and open air movement. The daily coffee and cornetto at the coffee shop was a great perk, and right next door. Location was great for the ferry rides to the Amalfi coastal towns. Check in was easy, check out even easier. Would stay again.
−We contacted the person Mike, that was our contact. Initially I did not know he was going to contact me through Whats app, so it delayed our entry, but not an issue, It was easy to down load the Italian greeting into english using Chat. The issue we had were after check in. We immediately found that the internet did not work, the television did not work, we contacted Mike, and answered a few questions, and sent some pictures, and great hope that the next day these issues would be corrected. They were not, and we never heard from Mike again. We could have even just been happy having internet, the TV would be a plus. So with that said when mike was communicating, he sated we should go to the common area and use the wifi there. We did but, the common area smelled of cigarette smoke and we are not smokers, so we could only stand it for a short time. We could go into the room and have very spotty service. After we shared that info that's when communication stopped. We hoped for it to be corrected. We stayed 3 nights. Wifi was very important for our daily business transactions.

“Enjoyable, fun and efficient!”
+Thank you so much for our stay! We had a pleasant and comfortable visit , the location was perfect, very convenient from Salerno’s train station, ferry terminal, and city centre. We loved how close it was to the Duomo, restaurants, and bars we wanted to try. You were an excellent host , your detailed check-in instructions and recommendations file were super helpful, and we really appreciated how responsive you were on WhatsApp. Thanks again for everything!

+Great communication and helpful instructions provided prior to arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Great location.
−The light on the Aircon was incredibly bright, which isn't ideal for sleeping! Photos probably make it look a bit more luxurious than it is.

−La stanza è squallida, il pavimento terribile coperto da un tappeto vecchio e polveroso. Per la prima volta in tanti soggiorni ho fatto fatica a farmi una doccia perché non c'era il sapone.

“Salerno e la Costiera”
+L'ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni , alla stazione dei bus e all'imbarco die traghetti x la costiera. Lo staff della struttura molto gentile e disponibile. L'ottima colazione offerta al bar vicino all'alloggio. La vicinanza con la zona pedonale e il centro storico di Salerno con i suoi negozi e locali tipici dove mangiare.

−È un affittacamere, mai visto personale. Nessuna pulizia nemmeno nello spazio comune dove c'era una macchinetta del caffè ( mai ripristinate capsule ). Serramenti fatiscenti ( tapparelle rotte ). Nessuna insonorizzazione.

“Soggiorno carino, nonostante alcuni disservizi ci siamo adattati. Salerno è sempre accogliente e magica.”
+Posizione centrale, vicino alla stazione e all’imbarco per la costiera amalfitana. Limitrofa al centro storico, con locali e negozi. Host presente via Wazz, risponde subito. Self check-in in autonomia, ma facile, con istruzioni chiare. Wi-fi funzionante. Palazzo storico.
−La stanza con la Iacuzzi è datata, per la posizione in cui si trova il B&B meriterebbe un restyling. Pulizia in generale da migliorare. Non fanno servizio di pulizia giornaliero e cambi teli. La colazione non viene servita in loco, ma il prezzo include solo un cornetto, un cappuccino e un caffè presso i locali convenzionati.
