“We should not recommend Bob W”
+Big room
−We would not recommend Bob W. The reason is their unreliable 'keyless entry system.' While the concept itself is oké, in practice, over the five days we stayed there, it proved to be unreliable far too often. Everything worked fine on the first day, but for the following four days, something would consistently go wrong or run slowly. This meant that, at times, we couldn't get into the building and were left waiting outside in the cold until the system started working again. On another occasion, the Bob website was down, making it impossible to pay for breakfast using our Bob voucher code. At other times, we couldn't access our room because the system failed to connect, even though we were following the exact same procedure that had worked previously, forcing us to wait once more for it to become functional. It was extra frustrating and annoying that, when we called Bob to seek a quick resolution, initially was tried to suggest that the issue wasn't within the Bob W system, claiming it was working fine, but rather with our phone or web browser... This is a strange assertion, given that the system worked at times and failed at others. Furthermore, on two occasions when a (by the way

+Ausstattung, Lage, Preis
−Zugang nur mittels Mobiltelefon. Keine physische Person. Zugang zum Zimmer mittels Telefon mühsam. Funktioniert nicht immer. Telefonische Problemlösung (Zugangs Karte zum Zimmer) sehr kompliziert. Late Check Out (elektronisch)gegen Gebühr funktioniert nicht.
