“Great location but lacked human contact.”
+Great location, lovely apartment, good view, breakfast included.
−The electronic access system. Total faff. Didn’t work and there were no staff around so I had to phone an international number to get into the building. I was then relentlessly pestered by a boy calling itself “Bob”, soliciting feedback. I would have much preferred a human on the desk and to have had a real key, rather than a phone code.

“Good experience at bob W”
+Excellent location and complimentary breakfast was great
−No room servicing everyday and technical use of Bluetooth to access room etc required you to always have your phone and be connected to wifi. Otherwise very good stay.
