+I liked the bed. It was very comfortable. I also liked the 2 maybe 3 if your skinny jetted tub. I liked that there was no key to swip. This place gave you a code. It was also very quite.
−The railings to climb up to the room had not been sanded down. On my way up to my room I got a splinter. Which I had to spend 15 minutes getting out even before I could get settled into the room. There were red stains on the pillow cases and towels. They need to buy new ones If they can't get the stains out. Not all of the outlets worked. So you had we had to decide who was going to charge our devices. It was a non smoking property, but I noticed cigarette burns on the table outside the room. The parking was in gravel. So getting your luggage to your room was a fight.

“We can’t wait to return!!”
+Super cute cottages, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, spa tub was incredible, it’s big enough for two and our bed was SUPER COMFY. The actual location is super close to the boardwalk, Neptune Theater and also right in town, they have beach cruisers to take out for free and we absolutely loved the Cedar Barrel Sauna!! And we took advantage of the adult only hours pool time at the Adrift which is a really nice walk from the cottages.
−No complaints! Only thing we noticed was some pet owners not picking up after their pets, we picked it up and disposed of it. With poop bag stations all around and being at such a wonderful spot, it’s a shame some people don’t treat the space, other guests, pets and you all better.

“Nice room would stay again if we clear up the $50.”
+Room had lots of sunlight
−Was charged a $50 for incidental charges and was told $50 would be credited back to my credit card per staff person when checking out. She noted that there were no purchases charged to the room and said to expect a credit back to my card. I have not seen the credit on my card statement.

−There were parking issues, and was told by staff that a manger would be notified and would follow up with us but they never did. Other than that we were very happy

“very satisfying and will be back”
+I love the location and the ability to walk everywhere.
−Needed more counter space and seating. Maybe a bench at the end of the bed and a counter from the sink on the wall.
