“Not as expected”
+Location was nice close to everything
−Rooms were very small. Stairs leading to room were very narrow and steep. Flush in the bathroom was not efficient and door and doors handle were broken

−For anybody that enjoys suffering, this is the place. The kitchen is bad. The toilet is dirty and the AC doesnt work properly. The shower doesnt even have hot water. The whole house is a hazard and anybody with a family should never visit here. I was involved in a incident where the stone slab on top of the staircase became loose out of nowhere and i almost fell down the staircase with the stone slab. The metal support beams on the other staircase on the ground floor are also loose and wont hold if a person falls or leans on them to much. The whole house is a hazard and its just a question of WHEN someone hurts themselves really much, not IF.

−Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place Unfortunately, our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The kitchen was constantly dirty and disorganized, with leftover food and trash left by long-term residents who clearly don’t respect shared spaces. Even basic amenities were missing , the kettle didn’t work, there were no napkins, no coffee, and the stove and table were filthy. While there is technically a kitchen, it's completely unusable. The room itself was also in poor condition. The curtain was too thin to block any light, and the house is located in a very noisy area. The room was right next to the toilet, and we constantly smelled bad odors. Although it was advertised for 3 people, only 2 can realistically stay comfortably. They placed a desk (which was a reason I chose this place), but there was no power outlet nearby, so I couldn’t even use my laptop properly. The worst part was the bathroom and toilet. The toilet was always dirty, to the point that we never used it , imagine paying this much and having to go out just to use a restroom. “It's comfortable room !”
+It was a very convenient place, close to the station and city, making it easy to access everything, even by walking. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. There is good pastries, coffee shop / Gelato shop in next to building and Plenty of restaurants around there.
−It would be perfect if they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, but it was still a very nice place to stay.
