+The place was really clean and very good located. They allow us to leave the bags in the common area before and after the check in and check out, which really helps us to go around the city without the heavey bags

+Very central, walking distance from many tourist areas. Rooms are separate so it doesn't feel crowded, it's good. The shared bathroom was clean and always available

−When we arrived at 11:00 am we noticed that there were no blanckets in the room. I called the owner who said they would bring blanckets. I went for a walk in the city and came back at 07:00 pm. The blanckets were not brought. I called the owner again, who was very annoyed with the inconvenience and asked us why we needed blanckets at 07:00 pm. At 08:30 pm someone came with only one blanket when we were 3 people. When I told the person that we were 3 people and needed 3 blanckets, he very peevishly said that the blanket he brought was for 2 people and to cover the two of us with it. For the third of us he brought a bedspread to use as a blanket. The location had a shared toilet with 3 other rooms. One shower and one toilet. There was a queue for the toilet. The so-called kitchen had no microwave, no coffee or tea maker, just a few glasses and maybe two or three pieces of cutlery.

“Güzel konaklama, Fiyat performans oteli”
+Öncelikle otel sahibi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu çok merkezi ve bulması kolay. Konaklamadan 1 gün önce booking mesajından gönderilen numara ile whatsapp üzerinden iletişime geçtik. Gelmeden önce giriş ve anahtar şifresi için yazmayı unutmayın bizim biraz kapıda beklememiz gerekti fakat otel sahibine ulaşınca hemen yardımcı oldu. Check out yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizi bırakmamızı da kabul etti. Odalar küçük ama yeterliydi, temizliği iyidi. Ortak banyoların temizliğinden de memnun kaldık.

“Bien situé mais aménagement intérieur à améliorer pour figurer sur booking!!!!”
+La situation géographique était top. nous avons visité Florence à pieds! L'appartement était propre, les espaces communs (cuisine et 2 salles de bains pour 4 chambres) étaient nettoyés tous les matins.
−la "rusticité" de l'appartement: il n'y avait qu'une table de nuit dans la chambre (pour 2 lits 1 personnes distants ), il n'y avait aucune lampe de chevet (l'ampoule du plafonnier pour lire le soir, c'est vraiment pas agréable. Les cadres de lits étaient en 90 et les matelas en 80! Il n'y avait RIEN pour poser nos affaires. juste une armoire avec 4 cintres pour 2 personnes... J'ai contacté l'établissement le 2e jour pour demander une couverture supplémentaire , des lampes de chevet, 1 ou 2 chaises/table basse : il n'a rien fait... Dans le coin cuisine partagé, la vaisselle était vraiment minimale. pas d'allumette ou de briquet pour la cuisinière à gaz, pas de prise électrique à hauteur pour brancher la cafetière (il fallait la mettre par terre! La fenêtre ne fermait pas complètement et n'avait aucune isolation phonique, donc on s'endormait après le départ des derniers clients des restaurants et on était réveillés à 5h du mat' par les marchands ambulants...En plus, le loueur m'a réclamé la taxe de séjour alors que je l'avais déjà payée (et je ne crois pas que ça soit une erreur)!!! J'ai été déçue, d'habitude, les hébergements trouvés sur booking sont corrects....

+Ottimo per la posizione. Camera pulita e sistemata, vale lo stesso per le camere in comune , ovvero il bagno e la cucina. I gestori sono affabili e accoglienti e pronti subito a chiarire ogni dubbio.

−No tenía aire acondicionado, el ventilador había que sacarlo por la ventana y por la noche entonces quedaba abierta la ventana y se escuchaba el ruido de afuera

“Hospedaje sin agua caliente”

−No hay agua caliente!! Las sábanas y toallas huelen extraño, el aire acondicionado no funciona
