“Wonderful stay, but the owner's attitude, it's a no no. You don't speak to guests like that...”
+The place was clean. staff was very friendly. Actually they gave us excellent service. The place is so beautiful.
−1. I hated the fact that on the last day the owner, Dinana was very rude towards me and sadly I was not even involved in what she was complaining about. 1 of our friends had a cast (broken leg), he said he was in pain on Sunday night, so he had to put ointment on his leg, unfortunately and unaware the stain was red and it soiled the sheets (the sheets were soaked in water to check if the stain will come off, which it was coming off & becoming lighter. To my suprise, we were told that he should take the lodge sheets and replace them with R1500 on the spot. Whilst i'm trying to explain to her what happened, she just lost it with me (I just got involved as I'm the one who made the booking, and i have nothing to do with soiled sheets). I didn't appreciate the tone and how she spoke to me. If I'm the one personally who did that, then by all means take it up with me, but no i was just trying to understand why the staff was told not to let us leave until the R1500 for sheets is paid. 2. I also didn't like the fact that we were told that we must pay R300 per day to use the stove and the was no 2 way about it. R300 or don't touch the stove.

+It was Clean
−The Shower doors need to be fixed, they feel like they will fall off and cut you. The very feeble and loose.

+Very friendly staff. Secure parking with your own gate remote. Aircon in the room was a blessing. Good value for money.
−The pressure of the water in the shower could be improved. Otherwise no issues.
