“Nice, quiet, simple, helpful staff, good value for money!”
+Quiet stay just outside the main Varkala area. Everything is reachable on foot. Host was very nice, chil and helpful.
−Lot of mosquitos, but managable. Little more kitchen equipment would have been nice.

+Location was good. Varkala beach and north cliff are very near. Host was good.
−The room was a little different from the photos; it is a little far from the main road, and you have to walk through a narrow, 50-meter passage to get there, which makes it feel a little shady. It doesn't have any power backup. I didn't like it at first, but I managed to stay there. Overall, it is good for the budget.

“Disappointed”
+Location is good. Very close to the north cliff. You can walk to most of the beaches and cliff
−The property photos listed was different from what I was allotted. I was not able to lock doors from inside in any of the rooms

+Not too expensive and good location with lots of parking available
−Felt much smaller than in pictures and had a weird smell throughout our stay. One of the reasons we booked it was bc of the kitchen, but there was no cylinder. We had to call the host multiple times a day for him to finally get a cylinder late at night.

+Care taker is cooperative. Rooms are clean. Good kitchen facilities. Overall very good
−Parking facility is available in public place which is around 200m away. Very narrow access to the property. Toiltes are too small. No mirrors in rooms.

“Comfortable Stay on the Cliff”
+The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Suji was a wonderful host; very responsive and helpful with recommendations, local information, and scooty rentals. The location is great, right on the cliff, with everything nearby. The room also has a kitchen with a gas stove, making it convenient for cooking. Laundry facilities are available for and additional charge. Overall, a pleasant stay.
−Due to the surrounding greenery and trees, there were quite a few mosquitoes, wasps, and other insects around the property, which could be uncomfortable at times. Carrying insect repellent would be helpful during your stay.

“Confortevole!”
+La struttura si trova vicino al cliff, quindi è comoda per girare tutti i locali !
−Lo sconsiglio per chi non può camminare perché c’è un bel tratto da fare per cui non si può accedere né con la carrozzina né con i Tuk Tuk .
