“Beautiful weekend with perfect location and exceptional staff.”
+Location was so convenient while very quiet and quick access to the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and downtown. The staff were exceptional- very welcoming, positive and made our time feel special. The suite was fully stocked with everything we needed and a great size. The grounds were well taken care of. We enjoyed the cocktail hour and the comfort of the inn.
−Everything was exceptional but personally we found the bed and pillows a little firmer than we preferred - but all were good quality and decor every nice.

“Wonderful inn”
+Great staff. On-site parking was a plus as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. We did not take advantage of the gourmet breakfast but heard from other guests that it was excellent.
−Nothing comes to mind.

“We will definitely stay at The Blue Shutters again.”
+Clean, quaint, and friendly staff. Breakfast was just enough, and very tasty.
−A few quirky things happened while we were there. The fire alarm went off, fire trucks came. Also, one afternoon speakers sounded and extremely loud obnoxious music was heard all over the in. I sought out the source and both speakers were in the dining area. Met a man who said he was sleeping. The two of us unplugged the speakers.

+Breakfast menu was very ordinary so did not sign up for it Main areas vert charming and well appointed room plain
−House keeping did not have attention to detail They never replaced the coffee pods or gave fresh soap. Lady at main desk was not that well informed and did not seem that eager to help
