“Great stay.”
+Great location - easy walk to all I wanted to see. Helpful and friendly host, great communication. Room was clean and tidy and everything I needed was provided. I went into this booking with my eyes wide open as I had read all the reviews before I booked. Yes, the building is very rough looking from the outside, but the room was clean, tidy and had everything I needed. I stayed 5 nights and was very warm and comfortable. I felt very safe as a solo female travelled walking through the neighbourhood at all hours. There are many restaurants within a 5 min walking distance and a well stocked market within. 1 min walking. Would recommend looking beyond the facade and staying here as it is good value for money and a great location.

“Central location, good value and convenient facilities”
+Very centrally located. Private room with bathroom and access to small kitchen and washing machine which was really helpful. Generally quiet but could hear people in next room especially one night when it seemed someone was pacing on the wooden floors, so kept awake.wifi generally worked well.
−Owner communicated well before we arrived but messages about wifi and lack of toilet paper ignored the week we stayed.

“Suitable for solo travellers on a budget”
+Ten minutes to reach the central square. Price is very reasonable. This is a private tiny apart-hotel with four rooms and a common entrance hall organized in a former apartment.
−High Audibility. If other guests do not know how to behave, your sleep may be disturbed. Hope you'll get lucky. There is no signage - so it's hard to find. I couldn't understand that it's the right place. You also need to warn the owner about your time of arrival to avoid waiting in front of a locked entryway.
