“Stay as far away from this place as possible.”
+Nothing
−The room I was offered was filthy. The air conditioning didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom drain was full of hair and some kind of sludge. The toilet was soiled with feces. There were scraps of toilet paper stained with feces on the floor. The bedroom walls were covered with some strange substances and hair. The entire facility smelled terrible. Poorly installed electrical outlets were sticking out of the walls, posing a risk of electric shock and fire. The hotel owner was aggressive. In response to my complaints, he offered me another room that was in exactly the same condition. And when I refused that one as well, he threw me out of the hotel and threatened me with physical violence. I was there with my 12-year-old daughter, so I left the place as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, my experience is not unique. This hotel has a lot of negative reviews on Google that describe experiences similar to mine. The Blue Hotel is unfit for human habitation. Its sanitary conditions pose a threat to health and life.

“Do not stay here!!!”
+Check in was 1pm . We got there at 2.45 and there was no one there. No receptionist and the doors to the hotel were locked . We waited and waited some more. I called the hotel number and no answer . I left several messages to no avail. We were so stressed because we were baptizing at 5.30 at a monastery on that island and that’s why we booked this property. We had to get in to shower and change . A cleaning woman came to the door and we asked where the receptionist was and why was the door locked and no one there . She said she would try to find the owner. She called him so many times and left him messages because he never picked up . I said please give us a room , we had already paid for the rooms . She said she couldn’t give us one unless the owner told her too. I showed her the payment but still couldn’t. We were so irritated and very stressed because it was now 4 and the owner still hadn’t come! After quite some Time he finally called the cleaning woman and she passed the phone to me . He said he was sorry and I said what kind of a business are you running here? This is terrible customer service , I had paid for the rooms and even emailed you! You knew we were going to come tod

“The worst experience of my life”
+It was like living in jail!
−DO NOT STAY HERE. This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had and the way we were treated by the host was absolutely disgusting. The host was unbelievably rude, aggressive and intimidating, especially towards the women in our group, and he made us so uncomfortable that we were left crying. He constantly spoke to us with an attitude and made us feel like we were doing something wrong just by being guests. He even tried to charge us an extra €20 for checking out early, which was completely unreasonable. We were also told we could not bring a bottle of water into our own room that we had purchased from another shop, which is ridiculous. At one point we were even locked out of our room. The whole experience felt like we were living in a jail rather than staying at accommodation. On top of the awful treatment, the room was filthy, with stained bedsheets, dead bugs and scum and grime everywhere. The conditions were completely unacceptable and felt like a serious health hazard. The maid even expected us to change our own dirty sheets instead of properly dealing with the issue. We paid to stay here and were treated like an inconvenience from start to finis
