“No frills . Clean . Location perfect”
+Location was good . Rooms like picture but smaller . Welcome from owners was good with good info and a map & discount card off very good local restaurant. Room was clean
−It’s not a Bed & Breakfast! No breakfast ! An option to buy a voucher for 5 euros to use at a local cafe .. . The timings for coffee in the reception was bit restricted. Kettle and tea & coffee available in reception but no milk ? Very small sign for ‘hotel ‘ shares the building with another bigger hotel entrance not that welcoming like a big apartment with 5 en-suite bedrooms all very close together .No 24 hr reception . Although we did have a contact number to call if needed . - supermarket across road . Very close to all tourist spots . Have to pay tourist tax . Fridge in room.

“A Great Location, Made Better by the Team”
+This well-located guest house earns its stars from its exceptionally helpful and friendly team of three who, unless I am mistaken, are a father, mother and son trio. Daniel - the son, unless I am mistaken - was exceptionally helpful upon our arrival, offering detailed recommendations on where to eat and shop, which sights to visit, and the best ways to get around. His thoughtful guidance was greatly appreciated and made settling in that much easier. The guesthouse’s convenient location was another plus, with several of the city’s main sights within easy walking distance. Lastly, the complimentary specialty coffee in the lobby was another lovely touch and very much appreciated.

“Excellent location and beautiful, spacious room”
+The staff was very helpful and responsive. Our room was spotless and huge! It is in a perfect location, just blocks from Il Duomo and turned out to be just a block from my daughter's new apartment.
