“Could do with a good clean”
+OK location, 10 minute walk to bus/metro station and 5 minute walk to small supermarket. Large room, with elevator up to upper floors.
−The room was not very clean (the air conditioner was filthy) and there were still belongings from a prior guest in the room. The shared kitchen downstairs could also do with a good clean. A shame, as with a bit more effort, this could be a nice place to stay.

“Cheap but horrible humidity, smell, service and insects 🤯 run away or prepare migraine pills”
+The price (only reason why we extended our stay to a whole week) + it had a kitchen. Some of the hosts are nice, great location.
−Horrible humidity which gave us constant headaches and got moisture all over our bags and clothes (photo n°2). Horrible smell, dirty, cucarachas, moths that wake you up at night. So humid that there are small water puddles under the bed in the morning. + Some of the unfrendliest and most unwelcoming hosts we have ever seen - but maybe that's just a cultural difference, although it looked like everything we did or asked annoyed them, starting from the very check-in ; don't ever expect a "hola" or a smile (again, that was 50% of them not all). If you have the budget for something else, run away from here. Otherwise prepare for migraine pills.

“Looking for alternatives”
+Shower area was clean. Located well for my purposes.
−Bedspread was filthy, floors were dirty, there was no light by the bedside, needed a bath matt of some sort and a wash cloth. Plastic cups too. The elevator was broken and I’m 84 yrs old and struggled with bringing my bags down four flights of stairs. Staff, one lady, no help, slow to open the locked front door even during daytime, which could be left unlocked during that time. I left a day early because of the broken elevator. I’m not fit enough to climb three flights of stairs. Got no refund

“Nice place nice location nice price”
+I like the hospitality of the owner Very simple place but for the price it sure worth it
−It doesn’t have a proper area you can drink water or hot drinks, at first, the AC didn’t work in the place we took so they transfer us to upper floor but in general they were very attentive

+Buona posizione ed economica
−Il bagno era poco pulito. Il muro adiacente al condizionatore era completamente bagnato e, a terra, si era formato un lago. Camera poco accogliente
