“HORRIFIC - Don’t stay here!”
+Nothing. I never leave a bad review especially for somewhere just to sleep as we knew we’d be out all day/night, so wasn’t expecting much but this hotel is not as described online. It is absolutely dire. It’s rotten. There is no staff, and when you ring the owner he hangs up on you then avoids your call. There’s no heating. No hot water. No towels. No toilet roll. Mould in rooms. No quilt on children’s bed. Marked bedding. Bathroom is a state. It has a bad smell. It’s just dirty and un stay able. The owner was very unprofessional. We didn’t end up staying, we walked back out and booked somewhere else for the night. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Words can't describe how bad this hotel is. Avoid at all costs. If Blackpool Council seen this, the place would be closed, it’s utter filth. Been coming to Blackpool for over 30 years and the whole place has massively gone down hill, a lot of things closed or run down. The b&bs used to be cared for owned by couples/families, now they are not. Honestly the worst place I’ve ever ever stayed in. Don’t do it!
−Everything. It was appalling.
