−We stayed there for 5 nights and I tried contacting and speaking with the staff online and physicaly everyday , bacause the heating didn’t work and we were freezing in the middle of October , they ignored everything until the last day they decided to turn it on. I spoke with the rest of the girls from my floor they said they have the same situation and it’s very cold so it is a problem with every room . We were very disappointed

−On the first day of arrival I went to shower and in 3 out of the 4 shower stalls there, it smelled of urine.

“Worst customer service ever. No radiator.”
+Good location, close to station.
−The customer service was terrible and unhelpful. We have been reflecting the radiator problem since our first night and no solution was provided until we checked out. It took a long time for the AI bot to send your case to the human staff. Even the human staff just say they will INFORM their colleagues, but no solution is provided. The room was very cold and we couldn't sleep well. We just need a functioning radiator, even an electric portable one would do. They drag us until the last night before we check out, then tell us they need two weeks to fix the radiator, then when I am writing up the review, I check back the chat history the message was deleted. The common space was very dark, we had to eat dinner in the dark. The room is not soundproof, you can hear people chatting and laughing at the corridor. The Wi-Fi is very slow as well, if you travel for work, this is not a good place. Worst experience ever in Europe. The staff really don't care about your experience.

“An overnight stay that may be suitable for your stay in Vienna”
+Good location, walkable distance to inner stadt, easy self check-in and check-out, the shared kitchen and showers/WC facilities were great. There's a good small jazz club in front of the place. Overall, the place is as described as in the photos so don't get shocked if the room only has bunk beds and a hanging rack (they provide fan and heater as well already in the room which is nice ^^)
−Not regarding the accommodation--the parking situation for your car can be quite difficult as it relies on street parking

“Ho avuto un problema di sicurezza”
+La posizione é ottima e i bagni sono molto puliti e moderni
−La camera era molto piccola, ma ci può stare per una breve vacanza. Le foto del sito sono più belle della realtà. Il problema più grosso é che la struttura mi ha mandato via messaggio il codice della camera sbagliata. Siamo entrati nella stanza di altre persone e avremmo potuto rubare tutte le loro cose. Ho telefonato la struttura e mi hanno indirizzato verso una camera vuota. ATTENZIONE NON TENETE NULLA DI PREZIOSO IN CAMERA

“Для любителей холода и темноты”
+Мы оставались на 3 ночи. Что понравилось расположение хостела. Многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности.
−В хостеле довольно холодно. Мы спали в толстовках и одежде. Свет, освещение очень плохое. У моей подруги проблемы со зрением, ей было вообще не комфортно.

−Bagni non troppo puliti e camere totalmente spoglie senza armadi, sedie, mobili, prese per il letto superiore, ecc... Va bene cercare di ottimizzare gli spazi e quindi i guadagni, ma una qualche chicca per il cliente é sempre ben accetta.

−Codici ridicoli, gente ubriaca nella sala comune fino a tarda notte, nessun controllo, tutto allo sbaraglio E come vedere una bella ragazza su tinder, ma tutta photoshoppata perché nella realtà ti ritrovi davanti tutt’altro Non c’è sicurezza, silenzio e igiene Evitate pagate di più e andate da un altra parte Non siete al sicuro e non c’è tranquillità Mi ha rovinato la vacanza
