“Works for 1 night if you don’t want to shower”
+Located in the historic center & there is aircon (and fans but some appear to be falling off their housing), there are 2 outdoor patio spaces with seating, but otherwise really not much else positive to say unfortunately. The staff were kind enough and did move our room when the first rooms shower smelled like rotten eggs and sewage and burned our skin, second room shower was marginally better.
−The showers genuinely smelled like rotten eggs and sewage and left our skin itching and burning. The shower did not drain either and there were strange debris floating in the water. Unsure if the water got hot as we could only bear seconds in the shower, left us feeling uneasy for the sink tap as well. The sink taps also shoot water so pressurized it goes everywhere. The rooms are falling apart, walls crumbing off and the bathroom corners are full of crumbled wall so if the soap falls, it’s covered in crumbled wall. Our second room had not 1 but 2 completely dead plants that were infested with bugs that bit us & there were cigarette buts in one of them. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, no knife, no cutting board, no soap to clean dishes and icing on the cake no bin half of the time so garbage accumulates where people think is best because there is no where to dispose of anything. The location pin is wrong on maps ~ you must go to De La 63 parking garage and speak to staff there. They did not send check in instructions upon booking I had to ask for them upon reading Google reviews which stated that the address was wrong. −Le wifi n'a que très peu fonctionné et quand j'ai posé la question par message pour cela ou pour autre chose, le propriétaire n'a jamais répondu ou mit beaucoup trop de temps à répondre ce qui n'est pas appréciable(j'avais demandé casi 24h si je pouvais laisser mon sac le matin en attendant le check in mais il n'a répondu que quand j'attendais devant sans information le matin).Le bruit,pas de rideau donc la lumière entre que ce soit les lumières de la terrasse la nuit ou le soleil le matin

+Très bonne localisation dans le centre de la vielle ville, beaucoup de charme avec ses cours et patio dans un bâtiment historique. Staff très accueillant

−Esta muy desgastado, le hace falta que le arreglen los cuartos, que los fumiguen, ya que tuvimos mucha compañía de mosquitos, y si el cuarto tuviera ventanas sería lo máximo, ya que no le entra una pizca de luz.

“Pésimo Hotel”

−La habitación que reserve no me la dieron, el aseo es pésimo, hay que tener cuidado todo esta sucio y demasiado polvo, lo único limpio era la cama y las toallas.
