+Staff was rude, apartment was not clean at all. No toiletries were given. Location was nice but very dirty and unhygienic apartment.

−Staff at the PUCIC hotel were not helpful, not nice, rude and no orientation to room, no welcome letter we had no assistance to Polici gate and person at front desk said what do you want me to do

+Lots of space in the room.. since no change of towels etc we we glad to find extra towels in closet. Clean, great bathtub, hot water. Great location.
−No services, like cleaning room daily, extra garbage bags, no extra coffee. No welcome page in room, went to reception to get wifi code, staff at the Pucic Palace were standoffish to obstinate. Not friendly.

“Location was great but poor air conditioning”
+Starting off with the positives, the staff were super, the guy was a great help with our luggage carrying both of them to the apartment, the girl at reception was also super nice, the location is amazing and so close to everything you need.
−The air conditioning was so bad, it’s basically didn’t work, music loud at night time, same with the bells

“Didn't meet expectations”
+The location was amazing. The room was clean and there was a fridge available.
−We were a little disappointed with our stay here. The location was amazing but unfortunately our expectations were not met. We arrived to Dubrovnik at 12pm and knew that we couldn't check in. We were greeted by two lovely employees from Pucic Palace who stored our luggage and when it was time to check in, one of them brought us to our accommodation. The streets all look the same, especially when you arrive and we couldnt find our way back to our apartment later that evening. We went back to Pucic Palace and asked one of the receptionists if she could send us in the right direction. She was very rude and told us that it wasnt her job and that we should follow the map. When we explained that Google Maps wasnt bringing us to the correct location, she shrugged her shoulders and repeated that it wasnt her job to give us directions. Thank goodness we found a lovely girl who worked in a restaurant close by who gave us directions. The room itself was clean but the shower doors were not correctly on the hinges and were fairly unsafe when opening/closing them. “The perfect room in the centre of the old town.”
+Located in the centre of the old town, Blasius Residence was perfect for us. Check-in at The Pucić Palace, where luggage could be left until the room was ready for early arrivals. A large bedroom, air conditioned complete with a large fully and tastefully refurbished ensuite. Double glazing and shutters to the large windows were appreciated.

“Great location. Bad sleep.”
+The location was fabulous.
−There were no bottom sheets for the pull out bed and the mattress was stained. Very stained. Also very uncomfortable. Called the main hotel who brought round bottom sheets but said they couldn’t provide pillows. Spoke to main reception at check out and they said that I should have been provided with pillows and they believed the staff member I spoke to on the phone was new.

“Buena ubicacion”
+Cuando llegamos nos asignaron un apartamento que no era el que habia reservado. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, no habia wi fi, la tv estaba rota. Ante mis recalmos, la ultima noche nos cambiaron de apartamento que si bien era mejor no tenia wi fi.
