“Avoid”
+Nothing. It was a horrible experience
−Noisy , old building , dirty smelly building, hallway, dirty shower. Broken ac box making very loud noise and they still rent the room. Offered me another room that smelled horrible and had a huge crack across the ceiling from one side to the other a few centimeters wide gnarly. They ask more money even tho it’s not mentioned in the booking.

+Location was great! Snacks, coffee machine and fridge available to use. Room cleaned daily. Everything was very clean and comfortable

“Brilliant rebooking for next year. We have visited cagliari many times and this is definitely the best accommodation we”
+Location was ideal for the beach shops restaurant and old town. The room was extremely clean lovely and big and bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was also large with a fantastic shower. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating and always quick to respond to messages. The coffee and cake and biscuits provided for guests in the morning were a lovely extra. Definitely plan to return next year
−Everything was brilliant. A fridge and safe in the room would have been an added bonus.

+The unit was lovely, spacious, and perfectly situated, with a truly wonderful view of the sea and marina. I really appreciated being accommodated with an extra night, and throughout my stay staff was consistently friendly, kind, and always quick to respond.

“Just great.”
+The rooms are really beautiful and the view is amazing. If you prefer a completely contactless stay, that’s definitely a plus as well. Since we weren’t able to extend our check-out and had a late flight, the hosts immediately offered us a great alternative where we could leave our luggage and change before heading to the airport. Throughout the stay, coffee, snacks and water were available, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hosts were also very responsive and always replied quickly. Overall, a really lovely stay!
−On our last evening, there was a power outage in the building, which made it difficult for me to pack. We also had to shower with cold water because the hot water depends on an electric boiler.

“Ridiculo”
−Al llegar cambiamos de habitación, ya que la que nos habían dado era super oscura y cerrada. Teníamos que pagar 72€ de mas por el cambio, el cual no nos habían pasado una pasarela de pago para realizarlo. Ultimo día, nos pasan el link de la pasarela de pago y como no teníamos mucha cobertura no podíamos acceder para pagarlo. Mientras estábamos en el aeropuerto nos llegó un sms con amenazas para que realizáramos el pago, el cual aun no podíamos. NEFASTO. ANTES DE IRNOS DEJAMOS EN LA MESILLA 20€ en efectivo ya que teníamos que pagarlo de esa forma por ser la tasa turista. Teníamos intención de pagar TODO Y SE PAGÓ.
