“Very disappointing experience. The carpet and chair were dirty. The internet and room telephone were not working. Despit”
+I like the hotel's location
−I was disappointed with the overall condition and service of the property. The carpet and chair in the room were dirty, the internet was not working, and the room telephone was also not working. Despite requesting three times in advance to have the beds separated, there was no proper follow-up. Although initially confirmed, the arrangement was made only the next day after my check-in. This level of cleanliness, communication and service was not what I expected.
