+Amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything possibly needed. One of the best host ever, Otto, went above and beyond , truly exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!

“Perfect stay for a pre-wed photoshoot”
+Otto, fully stocked up the fridge with food and drinks. The wine fridge was stocked up and had champagne, prosecco, red and white wine. We didn't have to leave the place to go and buy food which saved us a lot of money! I am pescatarian and he provided salmon and fish fillet! There was veg and non veg food stocked up. He has a lot of seasoning too! It is a 15 min walk from Stalden-Saas station, however if Otto is around he will pick you up or drop you off. We came here as we wanted to do a pre-wed photo shoot. The owner has lots of connections including having a helipad on his property. So we did a Zermatt helicopter tour for 1,000 CHF. I would definitely come back with just me and my partner to relax as we were so busy with out photoshoot.

+Otto is great, he accommodated all of my requests for food and drinks, the place has an amazing view and wherever you go you won't be disappointed. Our pilot was very fun, can't recommend it enough.

+The host of this place Otto is a very energetic, hospitable and generous person. He tries not just meet your expectations, but exceed them, that’s why we felt like very welcomed guests. Otto picked us up from the train station, drove to supermarket in Visp, and he also offered to drive us to nice cosy restaurant in mountains but we decided not to go and relax in lodge. We had everything - fridge full with food, Lindt chocolates and drinks, 2 big TVs with Netflix, nice terrace, great sound system, comfortable bed and as a present to bring home - bottle of champaign. It was great stay and we hope to return again! Thank you, Otto!

“Black Rock exceeded all expectations. Better in person than internet description/photos.”
+We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Black Rock to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was top notch from the get go and didn’t disappoint in anyway. Otto the owner certainly pays attention to detail. He met us promptly at the accommodation with a bottle of wine, fully stocked fridge and detailed explanation of how to operate appliances, sauna, etc. Everything was spotless and quality built, which made for a very comfortable stay. In addition, the location is spectacular. Nestled in a mountainside close to Zermatt and Montreux it makes for a perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city or launching pad for a day trip to the Matterhorn. Upon checkout Otto surprised my husband with a parting gift, an assortment of Swiss beer knowing he was a beer connoisseur. If your travels takes you this way you must stay here!

+everything. this place really amazing also the owner very friendly he took us to zermatt by his car . also he put many food in the fridge. he’s generous and humble person. the place is very nice and so beautiful view and you can make trip by helicopter after arrangement with the owner. thank you the black rock. I well return for sure to the black rock

+We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. The accommodation was exceptionally well equipped - modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and it truly lacked nothing. It was by far one of the best-equipped holiday apartments we have ever stayed in. We were also pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of food, drinks, and other essentials provided, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The host was extremely generous, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!
