“The best hospitality ever!”
+This Riad exceeded my expectations! I would recommend to anyone coming to Marrakesh and wants to be in the middle of everything for a quick access into the Medina, souks, shops, you name it. The hospitality was IMPECCABLE! Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Adam, the night watcher- because you don’t get a key. You just knock he lets you in. He was sooooo accommodating going above and beyond trying to either find things, fix things or figure it out for you. Or if it’s Karim during the day, he’s just as awesome and attentive and will make sure you are comfortable. My room was very cozy and the bed was beyond comfortable. Zero complaints about my room. Honestly, I couldn’t have made a better choice. It’s the hospitality that won me over and would return again. Thank you Ali and Adam! Both of you are amazing =)

“Great but let down by breakfast”
+The staff were very friendly and location was great. The room was spacious with plenty of space for seating and a clean bathroom. I loved how old and traditional the building is. All the furniture is unique carved wood- absolutely beautiful furniture.
−We did not like "breakfast", which I'm sharing a photo of it with my review. There was hardly anything. Don't expect pastry or fruit or bread or eggs, neither English breakfast tea. The only tea they offer is Moroccan tea, which is green tea mixed with mint leaves. The portion was only one little teapot, but for two people. There is no kettle in the room, so having teabags wouldn't be useful.

“Left me outside for 1 hr waiting! Because they forgot they had check in that day (ME)”
+Within an hour I left bad experience… they left me with previous clients left over toilet roll!!! No towel!!! Bedding was 🤢
−Nothing! The room’s door was unsafe very hard to close it!

“Schönes Riad mit außerordentlicher Gastfreundlichkeit”
+Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Medina von Marrakech. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich und das marokkanische Frühstück sehr lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außerordentlich freundliche Personal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

+Io e il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti al riad e siamo molto soddisfatti. L’ambiente era accogliente e pulito, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, consigliamo la struttura!

+De ligging is prima voor bezoek centrum Marrakech. Alles op loop afstand.
−Hotel is wat smoezelig. Dakterras niet bruikbaaer door verbouwing. . Eigenaar Achmed heeft weinig aandacht voor zijn gasten.

“Bon rapport qualité prix et accueil parfait”
+L'emplacement dans le Medina est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Et surtout l'accueil est chaleureux, le propriétaire est très accueillant et l'équipe très agréable, surtout Karim qui est adorable ! Le Riad est traditionnel, l'ensemble est agréable. Les chambres (familiale pour nous) sont confortables. Il y a la climatisation. Les fenêtres des chambres donnent dans la cour intérieure du riad. La salles de bain est correcte et fonctionnelle. C'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
−C'est une petite remarque, mais quelques crochets et portes linges seraient plus pratiques dans la salle de bain.

“Óptima”
+Parecia casa! Eram simpáticos e preocupados! Sentia-se a alegria da hoste a contar-nos as viagens dela e as experiências dela, adorava recomendar-nos locais para explorar a cidade! A localização fica mesmo ao pé dos mercadinhos e embora na primeira noite não pareceu tão segura nas outras noites reparamos que era segura!
