+The pool house/shed that we stayed in looked to be lovely in a beautiful location, but when we were shown to the dwelling it was like a pool shed and the door was wide open which we thought nothing necessarily of at the time. We dropped our bags off and hastened out to get something to eat, as we were warned that there was a limited amount of eateries and might not be available. On our return, a few hours later, when we opened the door there was a terrible smell of damp/mould, it being as late in the evening as it was we felt forced to stay, but the smell of damp was terrible and caused a very poor nights sleep, as everytime i turned toward the wall the stench was terrible. It isnt fit for human habitation in the state that its in, on a further inspection the following morning signs of the problem were more obvious

+We were unable to stay at this facility due to illness incurred on our trip . However, this understanding and workable business allowed us to obtain a refund for half the stay . Thank you ever so much . You have a perfect location for the outstanding area of West Lulworth. Again very grateful for your kindness

“Average service with my payment”
+Hotel stay was good but we were 3 including my 2 year old kid and I paid extra 40 to hambury room eventhough we were not using too much energy and any of the extra bed. We enjoyed the breakfast very well. The pool which was allowed was not at all clean and we can’t even use it may be because off season they didn’t managed to clean. The wifi was not working on the first day and later we need to remind them the next day and she didn’t even bother to ask whether it is ok or not.
