“Comfortable staying”
+Really enjoyed the staying at the Bird House, the place is in quite central just few mins away from the tube station.
−The bathroom a bit smelly

+Comfortable room located about 20 mins walk from the airport metro. All areas kept clean and located close to public bikes
−Could have done with more bathrooms, or at least split the toilets and showers so both can be in use at once

“Overall good, AC needs to be adjusted”
+Spacious room, great location, clean. Nice terrace, you also have a space for washing your clothes.
−Reception is not on site and never replies. All rooms had an issue with the aircodintioning set at a really low temperature and we were all freezing at night. The reception never replied, not even to booking.com when we complained.

“A good base to explore Valencia.”
+Good location for both the marina / beach and city centre. It was nice to be able to sit and relax and eat out on the terrace.
−The opening times for the terrace were limited.

Postele pohodlne, pokoje ciste. Spolecne prostorky hezke a prakticke.
−Ubytovani by si zaslouzilo mnoho oprav.

Volet difficile a ouvrir .
