6.0“Fantastic location let down by aged caravan”
+The location - incredible views of the sea over horse filled fields. Sunset behind. Beautiful decking area. Tranquil. The staff obviously also care a lot. Everything was clean, was welcoming. Honestly if this team had glamping pods or more up to date caravans then they would make a killing.
−The caravan itself is very, very dated. Windows without latches, multiple that couldn't close or close properly. The shower wasn't great. The upholstery is tatty (although covered by blankets). It's just a very old caravan, run very well by people that put in effort to try and keep it as nice as possible. But you can't outrun the age of it.

9.0“Excellent location and lovely people”
+Lovely to stay in a stables, surrounded by horses, view of the sea, easy to walk into town, lovely people. Well equipped little kitchen, comfortable and homely.
−There was not anything we didn't like particularly, but the accommodation is basic, fine if like us you want a place to rest and are out all the time, but might be too simple for some.

10.0+Absolutely amazing weekend staying at Birchlea Caravan. Very relaxing environment, cosy, comfy, best sleep I've had in over a decade! Perfect location, not far from the local town for supplies, places to visit and eat but far enough for peace and quiet, good views and beautiful friendly horses in the fields around. And I can't say enough about the staff, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very quick to assist when anything needed and definitely contributed massively to how relaxing our weekend was. I'm not even home yet and I'm already planning my next visit. Huge thank you to everyone!

1.0“Don't stay.”
+Nothing. This place is not suitable for habitation.
−The caravan has seen better decades. It has a strong, musty smell that is masked by powerful plug in air fresheners. The windows are drafty, the mattress simply needs replacing, and the place is filthy. There is a noticeable farmyard smell in the living room. I lasted one sleepless night of a four night stay.

8.0“Loved it and will return :)”
+Very comfy with scenic views. Had all that we needed. It was packed with the essentials. Lovely place around horse stable. Loved the pony ride as well for my daughter which was charged for a very small fee. Very close to dunnotar castle as well.
−There were Dog hairs in the living room. May be one of the caravans can be pet free. :)
