+The place was clean, bed wanted completely renewing. And room was cold, only had a portable heater, which blew hot then cold air. Very basic budget house.
−Cold rooms, bed was uncomfortable.

“I would not stay again.”
+The room was specious and close to local shops and public transport.
−The property, although spacious it could do with a facelift. The house had bad odours in the common areas and room. The hygiene of the bathroom could have been better (bath tub was pretty much brown from white). The walls and carpets were dirty in the room.

“EXTREMELY BAD AND MESSY NO HEATER”
+Very Bad Experience. Definitely not recommended. No heater, no hot water and no response either. Suffered in cold and very unclear room and bad area.
−Completely dissatisfied and very bad service. Not even basic hot water or heater . No response when approached. Dont recommend.

“Decent price, decent place to sleep”
+Good price, comfortable room, only stayed a night though. If you need a fairly priced bed for a night you can't really complain with this place.
−There wasn't really much to complain about. I guess the shower was kinda whack because it's not on a stand so I had to sit down to wash my hair. There was no milk or anything for the tea and coffee that was provided so I had it without. Felt the hairs on my chest grow when I had that coffee black. Oh and there wasn't any salt. All very minor issues.

“Disappointed”
+Check in
−Oh I stepped in, the room was past the kitchen, I saw a bunk bed which turned me off for a twin room, fridge not functioning as my food turned bad this morning after an overnight stay ( I complained about this when I checked in). Don’t even know how to describe this guest house. But improvement highly needed , get a functional fridge and clean ur microwave, if possible provide microwave cover. it’s not that much to ask, it’s basic, the bins outside full.
