+You have your own private beach. I’ve been to a lot of places. This beach is by far the most spectacular thing you’ll ever see in the Philippines.

−The pictures of this resort have not been updated for the last 10 years - statement confirmed by the owner and his assistant during my stay at the resort. The pictures you see on Boocing.com / Agoda do not show the actual condition of the property in the front of the resort/ beach area (03/2026) This especially applies to the beach sunbeds that should provide a pleasant beach holiday. Forget it! There is none on the beach, everything is neglected, destroyed and nothing is maintained in front of the resort - a very ugly and unpleasant condition in the front of resort... Traces of burning and garbage are everywhere around the beach , this is the only resort in all S.E. Asia that I have visited where the owner does not even think to clean the beach in front of his resort for his guests - he just doesn't care - it's a unbelivable and shocking ! The low tide and from the nature given swimming restrictions in the sea in the front of this resort are present daily after 2 pm. It means - here is no swimming after 2 p.m. because the sea can turn back up to 50 meters far away . The pool in the resort is very small, the water circulation will be turned on ONLY IF the owner and his friends are

“DO NOT STAY HERE”
+The actual location is fantastic, but do yourself a huge favour and stay anywhere but this establishment....
−The place is a right dump and the owner Peter is a real piece of work. If I pay for a room with hot and cold running water and a shower then I'd really like to get what I pay for. The roof above the bed leaks if it rains, the curtains are ripped, door handles broken, toilet broken, handbasin broken, hot water broken and shower broken, but don't worry a pail is provided to use for washing yourself. The place is held together with 100 coats of paint that are bubbling and mould growing everywhere.. Ask Peter the owner if the shower can be fixed and he will do nothing and then later blame his staff. The room also provides 2 coffee mugs and 1 teaspoon. Seems this place is a halfway home for the owners German mates who sit around all day drinking and smoking and ogling your female partner. You can use the shower next to the pool if you want to pay 5 peso. The pool is heavly chlorinated and will burn your eyes if you try open them under water. Oh and they also have 2 car tyre inner tubes that you can HIRE to use in the pool. Most of the menu is not available which is probably a good thing as what is available is far below average. But don't worry they hav keg beer flowing all day. Good ne

“A pretty cheap place to stay on beautiful Binucot Beach”
+The location is superb, but the focus of the place is mostly on the restaurant/bar, which can get fairly busy considering the few people that were around when we stayed. Decent food and good draft beer, all at reasonable prices. Good aircon in the room and a working fridge. Nice cool and shaded small swimming pool.
−Rooms are a bit tired, some of the electrics and the shower didn’t work very well. Pillows were lumpy and thin. Rooms could do with a bit of redecoration, I would say.
