“The Most Magical and Unforgettable Ryokan Experience!”
+This was one of the oldest ryokans we've ever stayed at, but also by far one of the most special and memorable! The atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking, and the traditional Japanese architecture made us feel as though we had stepped back in time. Our room was beautiful, and we loved experiencing the authentic charm and history of such a traditional ryokan. One of the cutest surprises was seeing the little dogs living at the ryokan! Watching them wander around the property was so adorable and made our stay even more memorable. 🐶 We also loved the private onsen experience. Instead of sharing a public bath, we were able to reserve an onsen exclusively for ourselves, which made the experience incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Both the traditional kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every meal and would love to experience them again! What made our stay truly unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality. We visited for a special anniversary, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel celebrated, even taking lovely photos of us to remember the occasion. “An experience I will never forget and always savour.”
+An exceptional experience staying at a traditional Ryokan with an unbelievably good degustation dinner. The onsen/bath was another unforgettable experience. Our room was exceptionally large for Japan as were the two other rooms we used. We wore the robes provided to dinner and had the best photos and dinner of the entire 3-week holiday (and that is saying something). Staying at Bingoya Ryokan was the highlight of the trip and not just the best hotel.
−I struggled with the traditional pillow, but if I'd bothered to look in the closet I would have found normal western pillows!

+We were greeted warmly by the hosts, who did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. The location is quiet, the property is well maintained, and the food we ate was delicious. The owners took the time to explain everything to us (dinner and breakfast times, use of the public bath, buses and taxis, etc). They were also available via the phone in the room, we could call the reception if we needed anything. Many amenities were provided, and the quality of service was amazing.

+建物が新しいわけではありませんが、建物自体が丁寧に使われていて清潔感があり、ホッとする旅館です。 食事もおもてなしを受けている実感が湧くような丁寧さが感じられ、とっても良かったです。 ワンコ2匹を連れて行きましたが、犬連れ旅館としては最高の評価をしたいです。

“Très beau ryokan avec personnel très serviable”
+Chambre jolie mais certaines avaient l'air bien plus belles, avec un meilleur emplacement/une meilleure vue. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Le Onsen est très soigné et très agréable, accessible sur simple réservation auprès du personnel du ryokan.
−L'emplacement est un peu perdu avec peu de restaurants autour - à savoir avant de venir.

“20000円台の旅館としては物足りなく感じました”
+スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で良かったです。浴室が貸切になるので、空いていればゆっくり入ることができます。チェックインは部屋で出来るので着いてすぐゆっくりできた
−今回泊った部屋の隣にバックヤードがあり、終始ガチャガチャとうるさかった。声や音を出すのも憚られるくらい筒抜け感があった。 浴室は薄暗く、浴槽も深いのでリラックスできなかった。古い板張りの浴槽だったのでカビなどの衛生面もすこし気になりました。

+まず全体的な対応が良かった。チェックインが遅れてしまう旨を伝えた際の対応、到着してからお部屋の説明、食事の説明等が丁寧にされていた。 またこちらからの質問事項（風呂の使用可能時間や朝の時間帯の風呂の利用についての質問等）に対する回答も丁寧で分かりやすかった。 客室 清潔であった。またアメニティが充実しておりとても快適に過ごすことができた。お布団もふかふかで快眠を得ることが出来た。 風呂 個室でとても落ち着く空間であった。湯船の温度もちょうど良かったし広く使えて心から休むる空間となっていた。 脱衣所に暖房、扇風機がついておりそちらも快適に過ごせた。 そしてこちらもアメニティが充実しており最高に過ごしやすかった。 食事 朝ごはんを頂いた。一見すると多いように見えたがいざ食べ始めると朝に食べやすい味付けで気付けば完食していた。白米が甘くふかふかで水加減もちょうどよくすごく美味しかった。 総じて倉敷に行くことがあったらまたお世話になりたい旅館だった。
