−Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Firstly, every accommodation I have stayed at in Australia has provided basic bedding such as blankets and pillows. We booked a room expecting these basic necessities to be provided, but there were no blankets or pillows available. Secondly, the room and facilities were not clean at all, especially the bed covers, which was very concerning. Thirdly, once the booking was confirmed and payment was received, the staff stopped responding to our messages and phone calls. This was extremely frustrating, especially when we were trying to get help with basic issues during our stay. To make matters worse, despite not having any blankets or pillows, the heater stopped working in the middle of the night, leaving us without adequate heating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and the lack of basic bedding, cleanliness, heating, and communication made our stay very uncomfortable. I would not expect these basic standards from accommodation listed on Booking.com.

“Very very poor”

−Very disappointing experience - would not recommend I stayed here for two nights with my two children, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. The standard cabin was extremely disappointing. The beds and bunk beds were in very poor condition, and the mattresses were so uncomfortable that the bed frame/rods could be felt while sleeping. The mattresses were also visibly dirty and unhygienic, and it did not appear that the linen had been properly changed. Some of the mattresses looked as though they had been soiled by children, which was very unpleasant and concerning. The cabin was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and many things were either broken or in poor condition. There was no lighter available, and as I was travelling with children and needed to cook, I had to arrange for one after hours at the last minute. The bathroom was only average and certainly not what I expected. Sleeping comfortably was a major problem throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was also completely unavailable. When I asked about it, I was told that Wi-Fi could not reach the cabin because it was too far away, which was difficult to understand given that the ca

“It was alright but it’s quite old and small, without the fire spot the place is a bit boring.”
+We liked the outdoor sitting spot with the campfire. It helped us keep warm and entertained during the freezing night weather.
−It was old and didn’t have much. Plus it was small.
