“10/10 place to stay in Rome.”
+It was wonderful! It was very clean, and they came in every day to restock soaps and towels. Laura was also so kind and attentive. It was so close to the train station which made getting in and out easy.

“Biancaluna is a great Italian experience”
+It was a real Italian apartment experience. The guy who guarded the front door and kept undesirables out, including us at first became our friend and welcomed us after each of our outings and adventures. Roma Termini is a short walk away. Restaurants, cafes and shops are on every street. We thoroughly enjoyed the Biancluna and found the room comfortable and the kitchen/common room was easy for fixing breakfast or a snack when we did not feel like going out. This was a great place to stay!

+Proximity to Rome Termini and its Mercato. Laura ‘s promptness and friendliness in answering any queries we had. Felt very homely. Looking forward to returning at the end of September for 2 nights before flying home to Australia.

“The room we booked was not the room we received.it was certainly not worth what we paid. Very disappointing.”

−The room we were provided was not the one we booked. The photos of the room for the booking were different from the actual room. There was no bidet. The furniture was in very poor repair, tea and coffee and kitchen was a shared facility. We complained to both the person who let us in and then Booking.com. We spent a long time on the phone trying to sort this out and were offered free cancellation but on a Saturday night it was impossible to find accommodation at short notice. We wanted the room we had booked, or stay in the room but have our money refunded. Neither option was provided.

−Bruits pendant la nuit. Il y a aussi les taxes d'habitation qui sont exorbitants par rapport à d'autres hôtels et BB. Et puis exiger le paiement d'une taxe de 120 Euros, soit 30 Euros de plus par rapport à ce qui était sur l'annonce Booking (90 Euros) est une pratique contraire à l’éthique et à la bonne fois.

+L hotel est proche de tout les monuments pour les faire a pied et se baladé dans rome ainsi qu il y a les transport metro , bus juste a côtè et la gare de train .
