“Perfecto!”
+The Bianca suite was in a great location. Minutes from beautiful views of the water, the town square, and main road with local shops! It was also very spacious, came with its own espresso maker, hairdryer, tall ceilings, and newly renovated washroom. The host also gave us a list of local favourite restaurants(which were all amazing!) Privates beaches and was a great communicator! Oh and the ac did work!

−Servizi insufficienti, il phon non funzionava (l’host ci ha detto che potevamo acquistarlo e ci avrebbe rimborsato), il frigo era inadeguato, c’era molto ghiaccio e acqua che colava, nel materasso si sprofondava. Un solo appendino in bagno. Prodotti offerti per il bagno di bassa qualità. La stanza è situata al piano terra, la porta d’ingresso, con vetro trasparente, è l’unica presa d’aria e di luce, durante la notte fino alla mattina presto è estremamente rumorosa a causa dei passanti e dei vicini, anche quelli del piano superiore.

“I regret not looking for a better room that made me feel safer .”
+Good location, The host allowed me to leave my luggage there early as I had a check out from another property.
−Very noisy! There is a pool hall next door which has people there every evening and you can hear the balls hitting the tables . The apartment has an adjoining suite and there was light and noise from that door one evening. There was construction happening across the road which meant noise all day. There was a lot of passenger traffic and verbal noise at night which was unpleasant and scary. It felt like a dungeon as the only light came from a door to the street with a wrought iron door for 'safety'.

“Exceptional”
+We loved the location! It’s walking distance to restaurants, shops, and all the charming spots in town. The public parking is just about a 9-minute walk away , which is honestly nothing when you’re in Italy! 😅 The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

“Polignano”
+Giovanni e Domenico sono due persone disponibili e molto socievoli. Ci hanno risolto una problematica che abbiamo avuto con un altro host, fornito un servizio molto velocemente, hanno sempre risposto per ogni dubbio e dato molti consigli utili al soggiorno a Polignano. Appartamento spazioso appena ristrutturato, bel bagno nuovo con doccia molto grande. Macchina da caffè disponibile per un caffè veloce. Siamo entrati da una doppia porta che dà sulla strada, un cancelletto in ferro battuto e una con vetro antinfondamento. Non ha finestre. Fornito di Clima, tv, tavolino, divano, armadio, letto comodissimo. . Ottimo per la notte passata a poignano. Consigliato
−Considerando che a 20 minuti dalla prenotazione siamo entrate nella camera e abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, non ci sono segnalazioni negative. Un consiglio, se il soggiorno fosse più lungo: sarebbe carino munirlo di uno stendino dove riporre asciugamani e costumi bagnati
