“we loved the location, the friendly staff, the lovely room in the old vintage house. recommend!”
+The room was very cosy had air conditioning and you could make tea and coffee down stairs in the pantry any time of the day. Location was excellent, downstairs was a lovely cafe for breakfast and the next stop of the ferry S.Silvestro was about 2 minutes on foot.
−You have to be aware that this is a very old house, so while it is very charming and well kept, the insulation between the rooms is limited, i.e. it can get noisy if there are families with smaller children around.

“Cute place, just off the main tourist areas.”
+Close to main tourist areas but still peaceful and quiet. The balcony was a great place to drink a bottle of wine.
−Not a fan of a prepackaged muffin for breakfast. Having a little breakfast area with some fresh brewed coffee or cappuccino would make it better.

+Friendly and helpful host, great location, clean and fresh room.
−Our only complaint is the poor soundproofing from above; at times, it sounded like the upstairs guests were right inside our room :)

“Quiet stay in Venice.”
+Everything I needed for my short stay in Venice. Hosts were accommodating, responsive, and attentive to all my questions. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The inward facing terrace was a lovely addition that made the place feel more homey. In terms of location, the place is within a short walk of various shops and restaurants and Rialto. However, it’s situated in a “side street” so noise was never an issue for me.
−Need to climb stairs to access the rooms. Not necessarily a bad thing (in fact, expected in the area), but just something to be aware of.

+Super lokacija, v mirni ulici.

“Nice small room to visit venise”
