+Room size, facilities, location
−Breakfast choice too limited and all the security codes to remember. Street door, room door, Breakfast room door. Safe. Small dislike

“Would stay again but try a different room.”
+We loved location. Easy to walk to so many places. Great spots for breakfast nearby.
−Only downside was the tight access to the bathroom. Door was between sink and toilet but once you got past everything was fine. The shower was large. Maybe the other bathrooms were slightly better. We were in Aquamarine. Also it felt like air con wasn’t working at full potential.

“Sorry but I won’t be staying again !”
+The room and location were good
−1. The breach of security/safety by allowing another guest into my room when I was asleep! 2. The breakfast was not worth having (no butter for toast, no milk for tea, dried foods) . I went out for breakfast instead!

“Safe, clean, central and the breakfast basket was terrific as we left early for another flight.”
+The building was secure and close to the train station and Colosseum. A code to enter from the street. The request for early check-in was possible so they made that happen. So appreciated as we’d had a long flight.

+La stanza, il palazzo. La sig. Anna molto gentile e premurosa.

“CAMERE NUOVE IN POSIZIONE STRATEGICA”

−Niks!
