+Molta disponibilità, c'è stato un problema con la camera e subito siamo stati alloggiati per una notte da un altra struttura

+Had a great time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and cleaned our rooms everyday. The hotel is close to restaurants and sights. It is in the manufacturing district, so gets quiet at night and streets are a tight squeeze. I still recommend this cozy hotel. We would stay again. Free WiFi, the kids loved it. The beds were huge. Bathroom was clean and kept neat.

+All was good but the bathroom tap was broken and the edges was sharp. It tore the skin off my hand and started bleeding. Since we stayed only for a few hours - just overnight stay - it was ok and I avoided kids from touching the tap. If not it’s quite dangerous.

+The property is located in a poor area although it is clean inside. The shower room and steps to the shower room are very slippery when it is wet, very dangerous. You may fall down causing seriously illness such as heart attack or breaking your legs/arms, unsafe. The property is close to T1 tram station, about 6 minutes walk. Staff are friendly.
