“Most everything was fine. Had good conversations and experience there.”
+Street noise when Balcony door open. Being on a main street does not help. Not the fault of the hotel, just ignorant Drivers and cyclists. The breakfast offered was very good, arriving in containers, with an excellent variety. I ordered coffee (extra $ and that was fine) from hotel. The staff including Hassan, Lynn, Adam, Ali (2), Ralph and others who helped in making the hotel enjoyable.
−Speed bumps on the road! Not much the hotel could really change. The cost of Laundry! One Taxi driver I used to go to Siddon and Tyre was not very helpful. Did not want to go out of his way. It was not a cheap ride. Another driver, Ali C., was excellent. I recommend him to others.

+Staff very friendly
−The lighting in the room was extremely poor. The room felt very dark, even with all the lights turned on, making it difficult to see clearly. This was especially inconvenient when using the mirror to apply makeup, as there was simply not enough light. The hotel really needs to improve the room lighting, particularly around the mirrors, to make the rooms more comfortable and practical for guests.

“Comfortable enough but bothing special.”
+Good location, room good. Staff were. welcoming.
−Despite what it says on Booking.com, there is no restaurant, no breakfast. They can order in breakfast but in my case they forgot. There is a very basic bar.

“Great staff”
+Everything was nice overall, but since it was a Saturday night, there were a lot of parties and it was quite noisy. If you’re planning to stay on a Saturday, just be aware that it might be a little disturbing. It’s also possible that the room I stayed in wasn’t well soundproofed. The staff were very professional and kind, and I would definitely come back to this place.
