“Delightful in every way.”
+The hosts, Cami and Sue, were welcoming, warm and well-informed. The room was lovely and has every need covered, from a hair blow-dryer to a warm water bottle and fridge and everything needed for a comfortable stay. And as stated in all the other comments, the breakfast is divine for the perfect start to each day. Location-wise it is very central and allows for quick travel to and from the airport as well as all the areas around Cape Town and the Cape Wine routes and is super close to a shopping centre with a Woolies and Seattle Coffee Company. What more could you need? Definitely staying here again on my next stay in May!

“The best location and setting for a visit to Cape Town”
+I like the location, the safety around the neighbourhood. The staff and the owner with their warm welcome and professionalism. I liked the setting of the property , it felt like staying at a hotel just homely. I would definitely return with the family and highly recommend to all.

+Lodge is located in great, safe, quiet and peaceful area and we could Uber to anywhere in Cape Town easily. The hosts Cami and Sue are really friendly and welcoming and they made us feel at home. They serve freshly made breakfast daily and on the days that they don't they prepared packed breakfast for us which was a plus. I suggest making variety of dishes for breakfast though on different days. The rooms have AC and are spacious enough with enough wardrobes and they provide everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily apart from Xmas day which is understandable. The pool is small, cozy and clean. The kids enjoyed swimming in it. We enjoyed our stay generally in this place and would come back again.
−We were charged an extra R300 for checking in after 10pm which is something I have never experienced in any hotel or Airbnb in the world. I thought it was unfair to charge us extra just because our flight landed late at night yet we had fully paid. Had this aspect been mentioned in the description in booking.com or website we would have been prepared for the extra charges but it's not mentioned. I suggest clearly stating this aspect in the description to avoid surprise charges
