“Fabulous Location”
+Fabulous location, view over Piazza San Marco was amazing. A privilege to be able to stay in such a historic building. Perfect for going out early in the morning to take photos before the crowds arrived. Room was large, extremely clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. Extra pillows in the cupboard should you need them. An excellent base to enjoy your holiday from and explore Venice. Good value for money, especially considering the location.
−Not a big deal for us, but no plug for the sink and the jacuzzi bath doesn't work - however there is a shower, and always plenty of hot water.

“Venice was beautiful!”
+Great location! Right off the Square. The view from our window was amazing!
−No elevator. The hotel is actually more like an apartment, minus a kitchen. Check in is at a different location. Not entirely close by. Not a smooth check in. I originally asked to have an early check in or to have our luggage stored, and they do not offer that service.

“Charming Venetian-style apartment in an incredible location, with a fantastic view of St. Mark’s Square.”
+Amazing location with a direct view of St. Mark’s Square! The apartment is beautifully decorated in a traditional Venetian style, which makes the stay feel very authentic. Despite the central location, the soundproofing is very good, so it was quiet and comfortable.
−Unfortunately, the fridge wasn’t working and had an unpleasant smell. It would also be great to have a few basic amenities such as a kettle or coffee machine, as well as some cups and basic kitchenware.

+La ubicación
−Las escaleras y que el personal no nos ayudase a subir las maletas y eso que eran pequeñas. Mis padres tienen 78 años y mi hijo 9 años... se hubiese agradecido una pequeña ayuda.
