−I was not informed when booking that my suite had a connecting door to another room. This should have been clearly stated in the room description before I booked and paid. I would not have paid this much for a suite knowing I would have to put up with noise from the adjoining room. On top of that, I did not book a suite and pay this amount to have no view at all. From the sitting area, all I can see is a wall and an internal lightwell. This is very disappointing and does not meet the standard I expected for the price I paid.

“Perfect for what I needed - quick stop overnight, everything worked. Staff helpful, food quality good.”
+Great bedroom facilities. Good location for my meeting in Spring Valley the next day. Price was better than Crowne Plaza and similar places.
−Views from the bedrooms are not great!
