+Very nice and neat place. Internet was exceptional Nelson Mandela hospitality was superb 👌 and great. He has time for client and always making sure you feel comfortable. Mandela keep it up.
−I dont know why all rooms dont have microwave You have to pay 1000ksh before food or any other time can be warm for you. How much is even a room and you charging 1000ksh just to warm food. For me not good.

+Very nice hotel with a beautiful courtyard inside, true African athmosphere. Great restaurant onsite, I had amazing dinners here. Perfect location, right in the Central Business District (CBD). They also helped me book a guided group tour to the Nairobi National Park.

“Overall, it was a good place to be.”
+Customer service from the stuff was great.
−I didn't like the idea of always calling to ask for a pressing iron whenever I needed to iron my clothes.

“Improve your cleaning in bathrooms. Walls and shower rails very dirty.”
+The stuff were excellent. Food was okay as well.
−The rooms are properly cleaned but the bathroom needs particular attention. I stayed in Room 203. Traces of dirt on the bathroom walls and the walls underneath the wash basin. Toilet lid not brilliantly clean and the behind of the toilet lid is not very clean either.. The shower rails are significantly dirty, black stuff left to build up for months and months perhaps years. Other than the bathroom, everything else was very okay. Thank you.
