“Spacious room with comfortable beds.”
+Nice room with comfortable beds. They let us check in early(12 PM) as the room was available. The staff was helpful and cooperative. We had to check out at 4 AM to catch the flight; they made the process smooth as well.

“Great Hospitality with a Few Suggestions”
+I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would like to give special appreciation to Mrs. Dilrukshi from Reception. She was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to assist whenever I needed help. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service really made a positive difference to my stay. She is truly an asset to the hotel team and deserves special recognition. I would also like to thank Mr. Anthony, the Manager, for his professionalism and support, and Mr. Wijayaweera, the Bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance. A Small Suggestion One area that could be improved is the room cleaning and housekeeping standards. Personally, I felt that the room cleaning was not always up to the level I would expect from a 5-star standard, and some of the in-room amenities could also be improved or upgraded. Since the hotel has a very good team and a great location, I believe giving a little more attention to detailed room cleaning, housekeeping consistency, and the quality/availability of amenities would make the overall guest experience much better and bring the hot
